“Time for Healing”

John 5: 5: “And a certain man was there, who had been thirty-eight years in his sickness.” Imagine, for almost twenty years Jesus had passed by this man during His annual Passover trips to Jerusalem, probably wanting to do something, but knowing it was not the right time. But this year was different! Now was the time! And wasting no time, Jesus went to work, and legs that had not worked in thirty-eight years suddenly functioned like an athlete’s. “To everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven.” When it comes, nothing can stop it!
