Friday, January 31: “Worshipful Assembly”

Psalm 40: 3: “He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God; many will see and fear and will trust in the Lord.”

Simple observation: How will “many” see and fear and trust in the Lord if there is no one else around to hear your new song of praise? That’s why assembling ourselves together to encourage others with our song of witness to what the Lord has done is a key element of our Christian walk. Forsake it not!
