Friday, November 10: “True Light Responding”
Psalm 69: 13b: “O Lord, in the greatness of Your lovingkindness, answer me with Your saving truth.”
The True Light brings something that the lesser lights can only promise: Salvation. Indeed, the Gospel message of God’s light, love, and life, His way of living, brings salvation from the shallow life of an existence wrapped up in self. And in His lovingkindness, He responds when we plead for that saving Truth, regardless of how deep our deceptive darkness has become.
