What does it matter, then, if some weren’t faithful? Their lack of faith won’t cancel God’s faithfulness, will it? (Romans 3:3)  

A bishop was told by someone that the reason they don't come to church is because there are too many hypocrites there. His response was for them not to worry because there is always room for one more.

Just because some of God's people are unfaithful doesn't mean He will be. Even if we are faithless, He remains faithful, which offers hope for change. Christians are human beings that are still being perfected, and the Church always welcomes anyone willing to go through the same process of being conformed to the divine image of His Son. To avail of this gracious benefit is much wiser than to criticize others especially if we're not any better than they.
