Saturday, November 30: “Universal Reign”
Zechariah 14: 16:“Then it will come about that any who are left of all the nations that went against Jerusalem will go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to celebrate the Feast of Booths.”
Does the fact that the Lord has enemies mean that He isn’t the King over all? No, it just means that the enemies haven’t figured it out yet. Zechariah foresees the time when all former enemies will worship the one King regularly at the Feast of Booths, the yearly feast that celebrates the King’s atonement of His children and setting them free from their bondage to those same enemies(Leviticus 23: 34-44). Every knee shall bow to the King(Isaiah 45: 23, Philippians 2: 10, 11)!
