Tuesday, January 7: “The Voice of the Spirit”

Revelation 2: 7: “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the Churches. To him who overcomes, I will grant to eat of the tree of life which is in the Paradise of God.”

The voice of unbelief, in its multitudinous variations both subtle and blatant, spreads its litany of misdirection with tireless regularity across time and space. Jesus, however, promises that if we tune our ears to the frequency of the Spirit we can hear and heed the words of true life. The Spirit speaks; we listen.
