Wednesday, October 4: “Revival of Action”
Matthew 7: 21: “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but he who does the will of My Father Who is in heaven will enter.”
Revival is not about words, revival is about action. What kind of action? Not in word or tongue, but in deed and truth (1 John 3: 18). We love Jesus by loving the least, the lost, and the lonely. Real, tangible love given to real, tangible people. We love Jesus by following His commands, not just agreeing with His viewpoints. That kind of will-doing is revival personified.
